Once again capping off the Bay Area music lovers' favorite weekend, the 8th Annual Richard de Lone Special Housing Project Benefit on Sunday, October 5 at Bimbo’s 365 Club will feature some of the best bluegrass, blues, Americana, country, and rockabilly musicians in a swinging post-festival after party with Jim Lauderdale, Bill Kirchen, Dan Hicks, Carlene Carter, Butch Hancock, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, Caroline de Lone, and Kindred Maxwell and de Lone. The concert will benefit the Richard de Lone Special Housing Project founded by musician Austin de Lone and his wife Lesley with the goal of building a state-of-the-art residential center for children and adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome, like their son Richie. With all these great musicians giving their hearts and souls to such a worthy cause, this promises to be a party that you won't want to miss!
