Park Chalet to Host Charity and the JAMband Concert, CD Release & Kids' Cabana Party

Park Chalet Coastal Beer Garden in San Francisco has announced that it will host a Charity and the JAMband concert, CD release and kids' cabana party (live music from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.) on Earth Day, Friday, April 22.
Single and double sized lawn cabanas, with chairs, will be available for rent (fees vary with size) and there will be food/beverage minimum purchases. The kid-focused menu package will include fried chicken tenders, a veggie platter, and macaroni and cheese. Food for adults will also be offered. Seven-day advance reservations are required, day-of availability will be based on weather conditions, and all prices exclude administrative fees, taxes and gratuities.
Charity and the JAMband’s recordings have won prestigious awards including Parents’ Choice/Gold, NAPPA/Gold, Children’s Music Web/Gold, Great American Song of the Year, Fids and Kamily Top 16, two #1 songs on XMSirius Kids Place Live, FamilyManOnline and About.com Best of 2010. JAMband founder Charity Kahn also runs a studio in San Francisco offering music, dance, drama and art classes and camps for hundreds of San Francisco’s children each year. Located at the western end of Golden Gate Park, across from Ocean Beach and just steps from Queen Wilhelmina's Windmill and Dutch Tulip Garden, Park Chalet showcases a seafood focused menu with brewery inspired specialties as well, served in an open air, indoor/outdoor atmosphere dining room with overarching skylights, ceiling-to-floor windows, retractable glass doors, a massive stone fireplace, abundant greenery and potted plants, wood table tops, custom light fixtures and metalwork accents, patio seating and a dining-on-the-lawn option.
The restaurant offers a signature selection of eight award winning house-brewed beers and ales (from Beach Chalet, the coastal brewery next door), plus classic, contemporary and original cocktails, and select wines, both domestic and international.
