Papillion, The Center for Loss and Transition, Announces Its Holiday Programming

Papillion, the Center for Loss and Transition, is a one-of-a-kind not-for-profit organization in Monterey, dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive professional services to those experiencing loss and bereavement. It is this new organization’s goal to help create healthier families and healthier communities through creating a loving fellowship surrounding those who are suffering.
Papillion, the Center for Loss and Transition announces two holiday programs:
• ‘TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS….AND NOTHING IS THE SAME…
o It is Christmas….. you are grieving and missing someone dear to you. Please join this gathering to honor your grief and give it a voice this holiday week. You are invited to bring with you a photograph of the person or pet you are missing.

o The sense of time passing changes when you are grieving someone who has died. Greeting a new year may be sad and filled with uncertainty about what 2015 will bring. Please join this gathering as we bid the old year farewell and reflect on building resilience as the New Year arrives.
