Organizing For Power West - Candidates & Voter Education Forum

The candidate forum will allow the public to hear from candidates in detail representing Senate District 9; Oakland City Council District 3; Oakland School Board District 3; and Oakland City Council At Large on their perspectives to create and implement legislation, policies and resources to positively impact the African American community and communities of color. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 5pm w/ light dinner and refreshments.
Voter education and registration information will be onsite. Co-hosted by BEO, BRC, BWOPA, Niagara Movement Democratic Club, SPEEDCO, The Impact, Oakland Votes, Oakland Next Political Landscape, Delta's and AKA's.
