In a world of separation, OneTaste is about connection. We explore wholeness, taking the fragmented parts of ourselves and weaving them back together.

Through mindful sexuality, an embodied sense of self, and a deep feeling of connection with others our lives are grounded in meaning, fullness and happiness.

We base our teachings in the knowledge that we all want the same things:

to love and be loved
to see and be seen
to know our purpose
to feel real connection

OneTaste teachers personally research and live this practice – in their relationships, communication, community and leadership. Our practice centers are urban oases where people can practice the things that seem so simple, but often aren't.

We are located in San Francisco and New York City and are hosts to a thriving online community (onetaste.us) that includes chatboards, blogs, videos and articles. We offer daily movement and meditations, classes, events, intensives, residential immersion and coaching programs.
