San Francisco's beloved Noise Pop Festival is now 14 years old and a full-fledged teenager. That usually means zits, puberty and arguments with your parents. But for Noise Pop it just means another seven nights of incredible live music featuring bands from all over the world alongside some of your hometown favorites.
This year's fest runs from March 27 - April 2 throughout the city of San Francisco instead of its usual spot on the calendar at the end of February. What isn't different this year is the participation of the best-loved clubs and live music venues in San Francisco hosting great bands from all over. Early confirmations including Feist, Kieran Hebden of Four Tet with legendary jazz drummer Steve Reid, Thursday, Two Gallants, We Are Scientists, Minus The Bear, The National, ISIS, Rogue Wave, Kid Koala and The Dirtbombs with more bands being added constantly.
