Yes, we workout to music. Yes, we do it in our barefeet. It is a great workout!
Barefeet just means low impact, that does not mean low intensity. You can still get a very intense workout if that is what you want. Nia is all about YOU!

Terre Pruitt, Certified Nia Blue Belt, leads the workout.
Nia has all the cycles that a workout you are familier with has; a warm-up, a "cardio", a cool down, and a floor time. It is a make-you-feel-good-all-over-leave-you-wanting-more-kind of workout.
