Nia Class - SPECIAL Saturday Nia Workshop

Jason Alan Griffin is a 1st Degree Nia Black Belt and he will be here to lead us through a Nia Free Dance Playshop. Almost every Nia class has some time in which we are invited to dance without instruction and choreography, this is called Nia Free Dance. Just dancing on one's own without instruction in an exercise class is sometimes a new experience for people, sometimes they don't know what to do. This class is going to give us tools and ideas on what to do.
Come and dance. This will be a Nia Playshop where we talk a little and dance a lot. The last hour will be a Nia class where we Free Dance using all the things we just learned!
ADVANCE TICKETS are $55.00. (contact Terre at 408-564-2649 - PRIOR TO MARCH 15, 2015) After the 15th tickets are $70.00.
There is going to be a Nia Class on Friday at the same place if you would like to join us for that. Purchasing advance tickets for both saves you over $20!
