As we enter Spring, we are excited to announce a new dinner series with vegetables at the forefront. The first Wednesday of each month we will offer a vegetable based 5-course tasting menu for $55. As so eloquently stated by visionary vegetable whisperer, Alain Passard (L'Arpege, Paris, France), la cuisine végétale offers the chef “a tremendous amount of surprises, because there is still everything to be done with a tomato, a carrot, an eggplant. There is a lot of enchantment in vegetable cookery.
And, he adds, “it is totally transparent.”
