Name The Band
NAME THE BAND is an independent rock band from São Paulo, Brazil. When Lou Reed, David Bowie and Devo meets The Strokes and The Arctic Monkeys. An original and modern act, with a punk rock accent, and an indie rock atmosphere. The band's debut happened at Lollapalooza Brazil 2013, and since then they are taking over the indie rock scene. Living in Los Angeles, CA, since September 2014, #FlashFloodUSATour is their debut tour in North America.
The Love Junkies
Hailing from the second most isolated capital city in the world, Perth, Western Australia, The Love Junkies were founded by singer/songwriter Mitch McDonald and drummer Lewis Walsh at the end of 2009. Refusing to follow trends, The Love Junkies are part indie, part punk and part grunge - a mix that has hit a nerve as audiences fall for their frenetic live show.
Lemmo
LEMMO (the band) comprises the talents of Michael Lemmo (lead guitar and lead vocals), Ben Borland (bass), and Matty Alger (drums and supporting vocals) to create a sound that can best be described as pure musicianship. LEMMO describes their music as "eclectic." It ranges from hard rock to alternative ballads. We cover the spectrum of music. Instead of being a one trick pony band, our reach is extensive. We attribute the pure nature of our sound to the collaboration of musicians that also happen to be great friends. Michael states "The band members are just as diverse as my song writing, they can play anything. Matty can play with brushes or sticks, or crash the cymbals. Ben plays upright and electric bass. I write acoustic and electric ballads and hard rock. We are open to anything and everything."
The Lymbs
The Lymbs, formed in 2011, is a rock band from Albuquerque, New Mexico, combining a sound that draws influence from modern rock, blues, and classic rock movements alike. The band includes Gage Bickerstaff (vocalist/guitarist/keys) and Jeff Bell (percussion/keys). The Lymbs are currently working on new music and touring around the country, providing musical release and a message of awareness, thought, and progress.
Kevin Herig
Kevin Herig made his introduction into the ABQ music scene in 2005 as the lead vocalist and songwriter in the band Asper Kourt. In 2009, Asper Kourt was Voted “Best Band Headed for Stardom” by the Albuquerque Magazine. They have been featured on the Food Network show, “What Would Brian Boitano Make?” and have had their music played on both American and Delta Airlines. Kevin has continued to write songs and perform as a solo musician with plans to release his debut album, “Give it all away” in the Fall of 2013. Kevin is also the Founder and Director of Rock 101 New Mexico, a rock n’ roll based music program that aims to educate and empower Albuquerque’s youth.
