Nanjing Ji is an annual vigil of remembrance and vigil of commitment to
honor the 300,000 victims of Nanjing Massacre who were tortured,
murdered, and many raped by the Japanese Imperial government during
WWII. After 79 years, Japan still has not apologized. There can be
no statute of limitations when it comes to genocide and mass atrocities
against humanity.

George Santayana. Last year 2016, The Documents of Nanjing Massacre
was accepted and now inscribed on the Memory of the World Register
by the International Advisory Committee of UNESCO’s Memory of the
World Programme.
