This year, Myriad Gastro Pub will take guests on a culinary adventure around the world by counting down the 12 days of Christmas with a different culturally inspired holiday dish every night in the lead up to Christmas Eve. The journey begins in Columbia with Pernil Asado roasted pork shoulder with plantains and rice, before travelling through France with a Roasted Duck Confit with dried figs and lavender sauce and ending in Italy with a Whole Roasted Fish with fennel, tomato sauce.
