Dhaya Lakshminarayanan was named Best Comedian of 2013 in the San Francisco Bay Guardian’s Best of the Bay Readers’ Poll. In addition, Dhaya is a storyteller, with work appearing on NPR’s Snap Judgment and Risk, a live show and podcast in Austin. She is currently the host of San Francisco’s monthly Moth Story Slam. She won the Story Slam in 2013, allowing her to compete in the Moth Grand Slam at the Castro Theater. The premiere year of the PBS series, High School Quiz Show, which she hosted, won an Emmy. She is currently performing her comedic solo show, Nerd Nation, which appropriately debuted on May 4, 2014 (Star Wars Day—May the Fourth Be with You). Dhaya has never owned a car but has a driver license. She would like to develop a reality TV show based upon the 22-Fillmore.

Ronn Vigh’s brash attitude and acerbic wit have earned him a comparison to a young Joan Rivers by SF Weekly. It’s a fitting comparison, since he later became a writer for E! Television’s Fashion Police, which was co-hosted by Rivers.
For 13 years, Ronn has been a proud San Francisco resident and not-so-proud Muni rider. It just further reminds him that his car was repossessed when he first moved here. On the bright side, he’s also a yoga teacher and has found that regularly riding Muni is an excellent way to put all the teachings of compassion and letting go into practice. It’s also great for working on your core strength when there’s no dirty hand strap in reach as you’re being tossed around a careening L train at rush hour.

At age five, Josh Cereghino was sent home from kindergarten for allegedly biting Mike Duda. When mom asked for an explanation, he told his first story, with spaceships, dragons, jetpacks, and Kung Fu, explaining that he bit in self-defense when Mike Duda attacked him with nunchuks. Josh learned the value of a good story that day, and he’s been telling stories from his life ever since. Josh is a three-time Moth Grand Slam champion. He’s also a writer who lives in Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California. This explains his penchant for storytelling and talking a lot.
Kevin Fagan is a veteran reporter and editor at the San Francisco Chronicle. Before coming to the paper, he worked at several organizations, including BBC Radio in London and the Oakland Tribune. He specializes in enterprise news-feature writing, social-welfare issues and breaking news, taking particular pleasure in ferreting out stories others might not find—from profiling the desperate lives of homeless drug addicts to riding the rails with hobos, finding people who sleep in coffins and detailing the intricacies of hunting down serial killers. From 2003 to 2006, he was the only beat reporter in the United States covering homelessness full-time. He has witnessed seven executions and he’s covered many of the biggest disasters of our time, including the Columbine High massacre, the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, 9/11, and the Asiana Airlines crash at SFO.
Kevin is also a longtime singer-songwriter, touring Europe and Australia, where he’s had several regional radio hits. Today, he plays in the Irish Newsboys band with a cast of newswriters and Barry “The Fish” Melton of Country Joe and the Fish, as well as the Finding Fable folk-rock trio.

Klee Wiggins is a writer and comic originally from San Francisco, now based in Los Angeles. Her rare breed of comedy has been described as “nerd girl sexy time” and “where humor, raunch and intellect converge in a beautiful three-way gang bang.” “Look at them titties” has also been used in reference to Klee, but she suspects that has nothing to do with her comedy. She has opened for a number of major comics, including Tony Rock, the late Mitch Mullany, Maronzio Vance, Ruben Paul, Dane Cook, and Bob Saget. Klee has also performed and hosted at some of California’s biggest clubs, including The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Union, and the Improv (Hollywood, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Brea, CA).

When not administering tours of the Golden Gate Bridge to Australian tourists, Jesse Jamesspends way too much money on art school and a slightly smaller amount on comic books. He didn’t drink until he was 21 and has been trying to make up for lost time ever since. Jesse was the winner of the TOHS Class of 2000’s Most Extraordinarily Unique Male Senior Award.
