Join us May 3, June 7, and July 5 from 2 – 3 PM.
Artist Maria Blaisse of Slow Dialogues explores the theme of scales, suspending a collection of bamboo lines from the Grand Lobby ceiling, occasionally lowering them to the lobby floor during the exhibition. For First Free Tuesdays, Moving Meshes features local dancers engaging the lowered bamboo, demonstrating the ability of human-built environments to be more flexible and closer to nature.
