Mother's Day Dining at LB Steak in Menlo Park
On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 12, LB Steak in Menlo Park will be open extended hours from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM serving a spring-inspired a la carte brunch menu (10:30 AM to 2:30 PM) and a limited regular a la carte dinner menu, plus two all-day specials, Prime Rib with a salad, a 12 oz. cut of prime rib, baked potato, au jus and, for dessert, artisanal ice cream ($29.95) and Roasted Loch Duart Salmon with broccolini and beurre rouge ($24.00). The brunch menu will include Belgian Waffle with macerated fresh fruit, orange butter, blueberry compote and crispy guanciale ($12.50); Steak and Eggs with an 8 oz. prime rib, “lemon thyme au jus,” sunny side up egg, breakfast potato wedge and Béarnaise sauce ($17.25/add lobster tail, $22.00); Smoked Salmon Frittata with dry jack cheese, asparagus and breakfast potato wedge ($13.00); Eggs Florentine with baby spinach, crispy bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce ($10.95); Maple Glazed Pork Belly with leek brioche pudding and a fried egg ($12.50); and Warm Beignets with chocolate sauce and seasonal berries ($8.75). Mimosas will be offered for $5.00 and moms will receive a complimentary Gerber daisy and petits fours.
