If you’re in the North Bay or treating your mom to a day-trip, Copita is a must-visit for brunch. For Mother’s Day Brunch, Copita is offering all ladies complimentary sangria, to celebrate both moms and all of the special women in our lives.
The contemporary Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown Sausalito, is serving fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by seasonal Mexican cooking, alongside tequila cocktails. Copita’s new executive chef, Daniel Tellez, recently launched an entirely new brunch menu based on breakfast dishes he grew up eating in Mexico City. The menu features his take on classic Mexican dishes with a contemporary update, like the Enfrijoladas (Scrambled egg fried tacos drenched in a black bean sauce, house made chorizo, pickled red onion, cilantro), the Xalapa Eggs (Scrambled eggs with Niman Ranch cured bacon & Jalapeno peppers in tomato and oregano sauce, black bean puree, sour cream & cilantro) or the Chilaquiles Montados (Mole manchamanteles, fried eggs, house- made tortilla chips, queso fresco, cilantro, onion, cream).
These new vibrant dishes feature a delicious mix of traditional flavors and spices alongside seasonal and local ingredients. The brunch menu, in addition to Copita’s lunch and dinner menu, is 100% gluten-free. For cocktails, go with the Bottomless Mimosas with your choice of orange juice, grapefruit juice or pineapple juice.
Join Copita’s al fresco dining this Mother’s Day for brunch, lunch or dinner inside or on the patio. Reservations can be made online or by calling 415-331-7400.
