Fish dinners fight back! TVs eat brains! Pencils express themselves! StageWrite, San Francisco’s literacy through theatre program for youth, presents Monsters, Schemes, & Wild Dreams: Short Plays by Short People, six original 15-minute plays by fifth grade students from San Francisco Unified School District. The plays will be performed by professional actors and musicians on stage at Brava Theater. Tickets are available for a suggested donation of $10-40, a sliding scale to make the shows accessible to families and the community. All proceeds benefit StageWrite education programs. Performances are Thursday, May 12 at 6:30 pm and Friday, May 13 at 6:30 pm.
