Owner Peter Favre has struck an interesting balance with Mojo Burger, which has expanded to a mini-Mojo empire of three South Bay locations. He's upped the burger experience without getting snobby about it. Retaining the simplicity and accessibility of the classic burger joint, he's improved the quality of the burgers, fries, chicken, etc. And there's always gallons of Frank's Red Hot sauce around, which, while not the first thing you might thing to douse a double in, is actually kind of addictive.
