Description
The Worth Ryder Gallery is pleased to present our second exhibition of the Fall 2009 season. aZin seraj creates a visual tone poem in three channels, while Miguel Arzabe considers art-making as a competitive sport. A group show of Art and Meditation explores sculpture as a practice of mindfulness.

In two shows of new work, second-year MFA students Miguel Arzabe and aZin seraj experiment with the parameters of exhibition space and time. "Come Play Soccer in the Gallery" invites the public to recreate childhood soccer games in the artist’s mother’s basement. "Close both eyes to see with the other eye" explores the narrative and spiritual capacities of music and image in multiple dimensions. Art and Meditation students further explore memory and spirituality with their unique and deeply personal "Prayer Beads for Giants."
