n this course, we learn to observe mind gently and lightly, with great kindness, as though mind was our greatest treasure—which it is! The objective is to see mind in action, learn how it operates, and calm the mental tensions that distract us.
New teachings by Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku introduced in the book, Revelations of Mind, emphasize the value of becoming aware of mind “in the unfolding presentness of the present”. Practice sessions during class are interspersed with lecture, discussion and time to ask questions. Weekly handouts contain practices and short readings.
