Explore simple techniques that helps us restore our natural sleep patterns and learn about a unique personal meditation practice.

Any task we take up either at home or at work, we feel the joy when we complete it with our utmost focus and attention. However, the mind is constantly caught up in the past or future. Let us explore strategies to enhance focus and concentration.

We aspire to be a better person. What stops us is our habit patterns, negative emotions. Learn tools for success.

4. Meditation Hour - Managing Stress | Oct 4 | 3:30 to 5 pm | RSVP
We are all aware that daily meditation helps us manage stress. The key is to find a personal meditation practice that works for us and fits our schedule. Join us for a meditation for relaxation, rejuvenation and focus. In addition, we will explore personal meditation practice that is highly effective in combating stress.

5. Meditation Hour - Breaking Habits & Patterns | Oct 11 | 3:30 to 5 pm | RSVP
As individuals we all have wished at some point or the other in our life to break away from negative habits and enhance the quality of our life. But we did not have the tools and techniques to do that. In this session, let us explore how to use meditation to break the negative patterns that hold us back and live a life full of joy and enthusiasm.
