Not only does this place have some great outdoor seating with a view of the fountains in Plaza de Cesar Chavez, they've got a happy hour special that reads like a typo: $1.95 for a half-pound cheeseburger with fries, or a philly steak pizza or a chicken quesadilla, etc. Granted, there's a two-drink minimum and there's no happy hour food to go, but come on, there are private booths and the bartender wears a white coat and a bow tie. Classy AND cheap? Sweet.
