Chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Ashley Weaver of Burritt Room + Tavern celebrate San Francisco Beer Week with an exclusive beer pairing experience, featuring American tavern- cuisine paired with San Francisco’s own Anchor Brewing Company beers and spirits.

Hors d’oeuvres highlights:
- Pink Hawaiian swordfish ceviche, avocado tequila ice cream
- Beer and cheese soup shooters, bacon crumble, chive oil, pretzel croutons
- Beer-braised short rib, caramelized parsnip, carrot puree, crispy horseradish
- Poire Williams pear and butternut squash cobbler tarts
