Endurance is the ability to perform many repetitions against a given resistance for a prolonged period of time. It is a crucial element of fitness for athletes such as distance runners
Flexibility training is essential to most athletes' conditioning program. Increased flexibility may reduce the risk of certain long-term injuries. Our compilation of flexibility exercises targets all the major muscle groups.
Self Myofascial Release Exercises enhances recovery between training sessions which is the key to winning. Myofascial release exercises are to relieve and release trigger points in the muscle sheath that may compound leading to injury and sub-optimal performance...
