This course will provide a deep insight into the tradition of thangkha and mandala painting. This two weekend course begins on Friday, but there will be a public talk on Thursday, March 12 on the 3 aspects of an enlightened mind; wisdom, compassion and strength and how they are represented by the Buddhas Manjushri, Chenrezig and Vajrapani. The public talk is a separate event from the Mandala painting workshop
The basis of Indian Ayurvedic Medicine was formed by the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. This system was later incorporated in Tibetan Medicine.
