· The Martinez--featuring Anchor Brewing Company's newly released Old Tom Gin.

· Huntington's Negroni—the Big 4’s version of a classic Negroni, barrel-aged in-house, and named after Collis P. Huntington, one of the "Big Four" industrialists.
