Partnering with Silver Oak Winery, Big 4 Restaurant is hosting an extravagant wine dinner that will offer wine connoisseurs and food lovers one of the first opportunities to try a yet-to-be-released 2011 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon along with the five-course menu by Big 4 Restaurant Executive Chef Kevin Scott.

Wine educator Kate Stromberg will lead the discussion.
