You love the rich aroma of smoked cheeses and now you're ready to take the next step. Join the San Francisco Milk Maid to learn how to cold smoke any cheese you want (the legal way). In class, we’ll demo using a Bradley Cool Smoker as well as learn how to hack together a home cold-smoker. We’ll cover the best cheeses to smoke, talk about the best types of wood chips to use and even do a blind tasting to see if we can tell the difference between cheeses flavored with real or liquid smoke. Best of all, during class we’ll be busy smoking a brick of cheddar for each student to take home.
