I offer sliding scale psychotherapy for the community. I believe that all human beings are moving toward health. Everyone has the capacity to work through and heal from many challenging life issues. For instance, eating disorders are coping mechanisms that have been developed to help one deal with certain aspects of life. Together, we work to find new and healthier coping mechanisms and support. We discover what's underneath the presenting problem. What would you be dealing with if it wasn't this issue? What are you feeling? What hurts? I provide a safe envioronment to work through those issues. Individual, Group, Family and Couple Counseling are available.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychotherapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy and tend towards gentleness and compassion.
