- Nebakaneza (Ritual Crew)
Nebakaneza is a music lover’s DJ, and a true collector of many genres of music.

When he was old enough to get a job, he started working at various record stores, but most of his earnings went right back into buying music. He studied radio broadcasting and became the music director for his college radio station, and won an award for broadcaster of the year. By the mid 2000’s, he started DJing in bars and clubs and working at Clear Channel radio, with a small internship at Om Records. He eventually landed his own late night electronica show on the commercial radio station KKSF, acting as both music director and host. He started a weekly event in San Francisco with his business partner Johnny 5, called Ritual, which lasted for 3 years and at one point was the largest reoccurring Dubstep event on the West Coast. They eventually expanded into Los Angeles and other clubs in San Francisco. Later, he became a music director for another commercial radio station, Live 105, for their late night dubstep program, Wobble Wednesday. Recently he was on the cover of the SF Bay Guardian newspaper and won their annual Goldie award. He is still collecting music on a large scale, throwing successful events, and causing a ruckus with no sign of slowing down.

The name comes from King Nebuchadnezzar II who was an evil ruler of ancient Babylon, and who built the Hanging Gardens. Eventually he was exiled and spent 7 years in the wilderness wandering the land like a beast. There are many rumors about the mask, no one knows the truth.

- Johnny5 (Ritual Crew)

If you reside in Northern California and frequent dubstep/bass music events, you almost certainly recognize the face behind the layers of wobbling bass, crunchy drums, and hypnotic melodies. An Oakland, CA resident, by way of Chicago, Johnny5 cut his teeth as an MC and hip-hop producer in both cities, sharing stages with the likes of independent legends Typical Cats as well as major acts including Raekwon and Devin the Dude.

Upon moving to Oakland in 2005, Johnny5 began to take in the diverse, quickly evolving sounds pulsating throughout the Northern California music scene. Already having an extensive background in hip-hop, reggae, and electronic music, it was only natural that Johnny would embrace the dubstep genre and begin to cultivate his own sound, taking elements from each of these musical cultures. After a series of mixes that remained vastly unheard, the world began to take notice after his first official release, "Johnny 5 Alive."

In May of 2010 he co-founded San Francisco's most popular dubstep weekly, "Ritual Dubstep," every Thursday starting at Anu bar and now residing in the catacombs at Temple night club. This event unexpectedly blossomed from a small, intimate party, featuring mainly locals, into a massive nightclub production each week - but still true to the gritty and grimy sounds that made the party what it is. Ritual has been honored to host international dubstep stars such as Truth (New Zealand), Ajapai (Japan), and Wedge (UK), as well as Bay Area legends including Antiserum, Matty G, and DJG.

Besides handling booking, promotion, and organization for Ritual, Johnny5 has kept busy by doing two Northwest tours (with Bay Area heavyweights Megalodon and Los Angeles DJ/producer Bodie), releasing several mixes (available at @johnny5dubstep), and polishing up his production, both as a solo artist and as a member of the duo Splatterface (alongside Chris "Audiobomb" Rice).

With an arsenal of forthcoming original tunes, a vast collection of rare and exclusive tracks, and uncanny ability to read a crowd's mood, Johnny5 continues to spread his unique blend of filthy bass music styles to dance floors and festivals around the West Coast and worldwide!

- Mr.Kitt (Ritual Crew)
Graffiti Artist, DJ, Promoter, Tour Manager, PK Sound.

Member of the Irie Cartel / Co-Founder of RitualSF / PK Sound / US Tour manager of Caspa Dubstep.

Mr.Kitt has been Rocking crowds & throwing parties in California the past 5 years alongside Nebakaneza & Johnny5. Born into a British family from Gloucestershire, the first generation American has been influenced by his British cousins and friends who introduced him to early British 2-Step,Breaks, Garage, Grime & Dubstep. While spending most of his youth Organizing parties & canvassing the west coast as a predominant graffiti artist, Mr.Kitt was drawn to the dark, ominous sounds of bass, inspiring him to put down the spray paint and pick up the tables after an encounter with
the law.

A self-proclaimed Bass fiend, Mr.Kitt prides himself on making each show unique. His cohesive sets take you on a journey of melodic breathers, bassgasms, and near aneurisms. Feeding off of positive energy and raw emotion,Mr.Kitt's ability to read crowds and deliver the freshest sounding Beats has gained him the love of crowds all along the west coast. Plug
