Learn to Meditate Workshop

This workshop provides a special opportunity to take a break from our busy activities and hectic pace of life. With gentle guidance, we leave behind our stress and concerns, and allow our mind to become calm and peaceful.

Kadampa Buddhist Teacher, David Robb, will guide meditations, give advice on using meditation to free our mind from stress and anxiety, and answer questions related to meditation practice.

This is a perfect introduction to meditation for beginners or anyone interested in deepening their meditation practice. Cushions and chairs are available.
