Richard Baxter has been in the business most of his life, specializes in local raw honey and distributes to such places as Draeger's. Richard Baxter raises his own bees and harvests their honey. Richard Baxter will speak to us about our native bees, the importance of pollinators, and the medicinal importance of bee products. There are some bees that like our rhododendrons and he will talk about those. If the timing is right, he might bring a hive and will also bring examples of bee pollen.
