Le P'tit Laurent in San Francisco to Host Soirée Choucroute
On Tuesday, December 16, Le P'tit Laurent in San Francisco will be hosting from 5:30 to 9:30 PM an evening celebrating choucroute, the classic Alsace region signature dish made with choucroute (sauerkraut), various cuts of cured pork (slab bacon, cured rib, sausages), juniper berries, cloves, bay leaves, onions, potatoes and white wine. In addition, select wines from the same region will be highlighted. A limited regular a la carte menu will also be served.
