European-trained chef Lorie Parsons serves an innovative menu with German and French specialties. Authentic Alsatian Onion Tart, Confit De Canard, Veal Sweet Breads with Sauteed Apples in a Calvados Cream Sauce, Wiener and Jager Schnitzel, Beef Rouladen, Sauerbraten and Schlachtplater.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join their owners on the heated patio.
