Michael Ross is a criminal lawyer with over twenty years experience practicing in the courts of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Ross began his practice as a prosecutor, and attained the title of Deputy Attorney General.  As such, he handled all Special Prosecutions for that office.

Mr. Ross later created what is now the Law Office of Michael Ross in San Francisco, with a practice devoted exclusively to defending persons charged with a crime.

The cases that Mr. Ross has personally handled include:  1.) major felonies, such as homicide (murder and manslaughter), kidnapping, white collar crimes, grand theft and embezzlement, Domestic Violence, drug sales, sex cases, and  2.) all types of misdemeanors, including DUIs (over 1,000 handled), assault & battery, petty theft/shoplifting, hit & run, and gun charges. 

Mr. Ross also has handled hundreds of violations of probation and parole hearings, DMV drivers license hearings, professional license hearings, and criminal registration matters.
