La Mar Cebichería Peruana to Host Barsol Pisco Dinner
La Mar Cebichería Peruana in San Francisco will host a Barsol Pisco paired dinner on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, beginning with a 6:00 p.m. pisco class/seminar conducted by Dave Nava.
The evening’s menu, prepared by La Mar Chef Diego Oka and served at the restaurant's Chef's Table, will consist of four courses, each paired with the perfect Barsol pisco or pisco-based cocktail. The cost of the dinner, with libations, is $79.00 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity.
