Who: For food lovers who want to learn more about cooking Mexican cuisine!
What: Join La Cocina's talented international chefs throughout the year as they reveal their secrets and equip you with hands-on experience and recipes you'll be able to recreate at home with confidence. Both an interactive dinner party and cooking class, we send you home with leftovers and recipes so you can relive the magic a few times over.

Why: Dia de los Muertos is November 1st and what better way to prepare for this food-centric holiday than with a culinary walk through Mexican history from cookbook author and Mexican food historian Adriana Lahl of Sal de Vida. Adriana will guide you and your taste buds through a hands-on exploration of Mexico’s pre-colonial era, to the age of the Cortez and the conquistadors, and onto contemporary Mexican cuisine, all while you enjoy festive Mexican drinks and a full dinner at the end the class!
