Adriana will guide you and your taste buds through a hands-on exploration of Mexico’s pre-colonial era, to the age of the Cortez and the conquistadors, and onto contemporary Mexican cuisine, all while you enjoy festive Mexican drinks and a full dinner at the end the class!
