La Boulange hosts a table d'hôte or table of the host dinner in the heart of our Mother Bakery. Baker’s Dinner is a rustic, first come first serve, pre-fixe dinner where a maximum of 20 guests can enjoy mouth-watering menu items not typically available on the regular menu. The menu includes Lock Duart’s Salmon Citrus Pesto with Beet Carrot Potato Gratin, Chicken Confit with Pommes Anna, or Pork Osso Bucco with Wild Mushroom Bean Ragout served with, Santa Cruz’s Roasted Butternut Squash and Red Swiss Chard. All dinners are served with warm bread, a side salad and dessert.
