Hailed by Rolling Stone magazine as the "conscience of hip hop" and as "the greatest live emcee ever" by The Source, KRS-One is most deserving of his acronym name, "Knowledge Reigning Supreme." Throughout his impressive career, he has released twenty albums and won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 BET Awards for his work and effort towards the Stop the Violence Movement as well as the overall pioneering of hip hop music and culture.
