Over 40 years, the Kronos Quartet has become one of the world's most influential ensembles, collaborating with many of the world's most eclectic composers and performing artists, and commissioning more than 850 works. Kronos Quartet returns to the Cabrillo Festival for an intimate concert that includes a tribute to composer Terry Riley, in honor of his 80th birthday. They'll perform Good Medicine from Riley's epic Salome Dances for Peace, and a new work written by Polish composer Aleksander Ko?ciow.
