Confused how to cut an onion? Having problems slicing tomatoes? Blunt force your way through the kitchen no longer. With proper knife skills, anyone can slice, dice, mince & chop like a pro.
This 3 hour class will cover everything from cutting the perfect brunoise, to learning how to break down a chicken, to learning how to sharpen your own knives. Knives will be provided by instructors.
And bring an appetite! Cheese plate is provided and students will assemble and eat salads from the cut fruits and vegetables of their labor. And get your stock pot ready - you'll get to take home your diced veggies from the class to make a beautiful stock.
