On Sunday, August 28th Chef Howard Ko will bring a touch of Mexico to Mill Valley with pop-up and the Forgery team taking over the bar slingin’ classic favorites and flights from south of the border! Chef Ko will serve up dishes such as Squash Blossom Quesadilla with
Oaxaca Cheese, Guacamole, Salsa Fresca, epazote and Carne Asada Beef Tartar with Grilled Onions, Radish & Picked Mushrooms.
Behind the bar, Jacques Bezuidenhout, Ken Luciano and Elizabeth Montana will be mixing up the spirits of Mexico in inventive cocktails and offering tasting flights that explore Reposado’s the valley and highland and mezcal tastings – bonus: all flight come with K&J’s
