Josef Norris transforms the walls of San Francisco into giant mosaics that incorporate the dreams and participation of communites that live with the walls day in and day out. He is a maker of textured, transformative beauty that celebrates shared experience and collaboration, simple pleasures, creative heros and the abundance of life around us is all its puzzling color and sensational surfaces.
Norris is the director of Kid Serve and has made over 50 murals in the Bay Area with this organization that incorporates every aspect of building a positive community.
