Jen Blackstock specializes in CranioSacral Therapy, Bodywork and Business & Wellness Consulting. Be Empowered. Heal Yourself. Embody Radiance.

I live in the Outer Sunset in San Francisco, CA and am a Certified CranioSacral Therapist practicing BioDynamic CranioSacral work. I am also currently studying with Hugh Milne’s Visionary CranioSacral Therapy school, am a Certified Esalen®Massage Therapist and am a Registered Yoga Teacher having studied with Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, Les Leventhal, and Ana Forrest.I currently studymeditation with Paul Muller-Ortega and am a senior student in Blue Throat Yoga. I also study and practice shamanism, Reiki, fasting, cleansing, herbs/vitamins, personal training with NASM, and many other holistic healing modalities to assist you on your healing path.I began Green Star Holistix after leaving my career as an executive in corporate finance to follow my heart into the healing arts. I struggled with Lyme’s Disease since age 11 and the resulting Bells Palsy and other physical ailments that come with this dis-ease. For years, I went from doctor to doctor seeking relief from my pain, as well as anxiety and high-stress caused by my job. It was yoga that first showed me that there are options out there for healing and transformation. Thus, in 2008, I left my job as an executive and set out to not only heal myself, but to learn how to help others in healing themselves as well.

I have a unique ability to combine my experience as an executive with an intuitive, gentle, natural and radiant form of healing. My clients range from CEO’s to artists, newborns, parents, children, athletes, musicians and everyone in between. I see people for a variety of experiences: CranioSacral Therapy primarily, bodywork, yoga, mediation, consulting, and guiding people in the creation of transformation in their life.

I take my inspiration from my travels, many wonderful teachers, ever-growing library of books, cat Shakti and the greatest healer of all, the Ocean.
