Ivory Arrows
Ivory Arrows is a band from San Francisco. We have an acoustic style with indie, jazz, and pop influences. Ivory Arrows is a local San Francisco band created by students from the University of San Francisco. Lead guitarist Ed Fu and lead singer Nina Ragonese met in a class as freshmen and began playing open mics on campus. Almost a year later they joined forces with bassist Brett Marquette and continued to play as a band for various on-campus events such as Earth Day and Relay for Life.
Desert Island Friend
Desert Island Friend is an example of unique personalities coming together to create something more than the sum of their parts. With Evan Whildin on guitar and lead vocals, Mike Mulligan on piano and synth, and Jake Shaffer on drums, the band moved from Pennsylvania to Santa Clara where they met their "Desert Island Friend" bassist, Adam Prado. Desert Island Friend encapsulates an indie sound that hits 50's simplicity, 70's groove, and 80's dance.
