Join Women’s Audio Mission for Introduction to Ableton Live and Electronic Music Production in which we’ll cover the basics of how to navigate and use the program, including understanding the Session/Arrangement views, how to use clips, adding effects, editing, and recording in Ableton. We’ll dedicate time to understanding how to use MIDI within Ableton, and end with a run through of how to build a song in Ableton, which we’ll do in real-time together with tips on music production, beat production, choosing sounds that blend well together, synth and drum layering.
