Emily will demonstrate how to make three syrups: Citrus and Bay Leaf, Stone Fruit and Ginger, and White Fir Syrup. A Q&A and book signing of Emily’s book, "Wild Drinks and Cocktails: Handcrafted Squashes, Shrubs, Switchels, Tonics, and Infusions to Mix at Home," will follow the demonstration and tasting. Copies of Wild Drinks will be available for sale at Umami Mart, but feel free to bring your own copy to be signed by Emily!
