In The Kitchen educates individuals and families about healthy food choices and how they can be integrated into your lifestyle through nutrition consultations and cooking instruction.
Classes are held every Wednesday from 6:30–9pm at my kitchen in the Mission District of San Francisco. Classes cost $50 per person and try to follow the mantra of organic, local and seasonal. Our classes are hands-on and include instruction in knife skills as well as helpful culinary tips. Students are encouraged to bring wine to enjoy with our meal at the end of class. After cooking together, students tend to linger in the intimate dinning area for conversation ranging from the tastes and sensations of the food to current events. You will leave class with newfound culinary confidence and recipes to take home. Please bring a knife that you are comfortable chopping with.
