March 8, 15, and 22; 2-5PM each day
To the tune of George Brecht, who said, "music isn't just what you hear or what you listen to, but everything that happens," artist Chris Kallmyer introduces score-making as a methodology for writing prompts that focus intention, expand creative practice, and invite presence and focus to everyday actions and objects. Join Kallmyer in an orchestration of the Marin Headlands as you write and perform scores, reenact Fluxus events, conduct outdoor sound studies, and discuss the syncopation of studio practice and life.
This Fieldwork Session series takes place over three consecutive Sundays. All Fieldwork Session participants must be 18 or older.
