HYIM returns to the Bay Area with his band to perform and celebrate the release of his new album, “Love Songs in Times of War (Volume 1)” - this time in his hometown of Oakland. HYIM’s mother, Arlene Shmaeff, passed away in October 2013. A fund has been set up in her name to help improve public education in Oakland and the greater Bay Area.
